Racing Season
Other than Geylang, the only place to find thousands of Uncles & Ah Peks gathered together is at the Singapore Turf Club.

Singapore Turf Club really knows how to make a nice profit out of it.
Entrance tickets are priced at $3 (lower grandstand without aircon) and $7 (upper grandstand with aircon).

Me and dearie couldn’t make out how to place bets with the betting sheet, so we decided to pass on that.
What we know is that the minimum bet is S$5.
And we figured that we’re probably the youngest spectators there too…

Uncles & Ah Peks can be very Enthusiastic when the race is going on…

Singapore Turf Club is probably the ONLY PLACE in Singapore where you can litter and spit LEGALLY.

Of course… whats a race horsing event without horses right?

Although we didn’t bet, it was an eye opener for us first timers to the race course
