Saddest day of my life…
After 1 week of waiting… it has been confirmed…
PC Clinic:
Hi, is this Mr. Chris?Chris:
Yes speaking…PC Clinic:
We’re sorry to inform you that your laptop is beyond repair.
The motherboard had died.Chris:
*Heartbreak*
My trusty laptop, had passed away…
Although most of my data were preserved, it doesn’t help that I am now laptop-less. Which means I cannot
- update my blog as often.
- use Adobe Photoshp to zhng my photos.
- listen to mp3s, watch dramas/animes.
- create homemade videos.
- cannot go online so often to irritate Eileen.
Maybe I am too computer dependent. Using it for practically everything. For my entertainment, my school work, mixing music for Cheerleading competitions and creating memorable videos for Impresario.
![]() I mixed the music for Cheerobics 2005 where we won 2nd. |
Trouble arose back in Dec 2005, when I accidentally spilled green tea over the keyboard.
Luckily it survived after drying, only the battery was spoilt.
The real damage came in Feb 2006 & Mar 2007, when a huge lightning sent a power surge down my laptop on both occasions. (How unlucky can you get?)
![]() Storm was pms-ing and hadn’t been very friendly… |
It destroyed the dvd drive, internal harddisk and external harddisk, causing me $700 in total and numerous trips to the repair shop.
When its supposed to be all sunshine over the rainbow, tragedy struck…
I couldn’t power up my laptop…
It had died… even the repairman couldn’t save it…
My heart sank…
It was time to let you go…
You will be remembered… you will be missed…

I will be laptop-less for a while, until I save enough money to get a new one. Probably a leopard.
